Full refund for time period indicated on receipt. In most cases, there is a full refund for 3 days or end of drop/add period, whichever comes first. Full refund for dropped classes through the university drop/add period. Proof of drop is required after 3 day period.
New Textbooks Refund--Book must in in same condition as purchased or rented. All components and/or shrink wrapping must be intact. Passcodes or web keys must be uncompromised. Restocking fee may apply in certain situations. Refund deadline indicated on receipt applies.
Used Textbooks Refund--Book must in in same condition as purchased or rented. All components and/or shrink wrapping must be intact. Passcodes or webkeys must be uncompromised. Restocking fee may apply in certain situations. Refund deadline indicated on receipt applies. Inspect your book thoroughly prior to the end of your refund period. If you have a defective text, we will try to replace it with a copy as quickly as possible. If a used copy cannot be provided in exchange for a defective used copy, you may purchase a new text paying only the difference in price. Refund cannot be given for a passcode or web key that has been compromised.
Rental Textbooks--See sticker on your rented textbook or the back of your original receipt for details. Date to return rental is located on the top of your original receipt. Late fees and replacement costs may be assessed if not returned by due date.
E-Books/Electronic Pass codes--Refunds cannot be given if a pass code/access code/web key has been compromised.

General Merchandise Return Policy
