The Rocker Shop carries officially-licensed Hardrockers apparel and gifts. Choose the method of ordering that best suits your needs! We will notify you if we are out of stock on an item you order. Please supply us with a daytime phone number and email address (if you check it frequently) so that we may contact you if necessary. We usually ship in-stock items within 1 or 2 business days after receipt of your paid order placed using one of the following methods:

Ordering Online

Submit your order securely to us via this web site. Visit us again after you have placed your order to easily track your shipment and view order history. You can even choose to pick up your order in the store at no additional cost!

Ordering By Phone

Call us at 605-394-2374. Our friendly staff will assist you in placing your order over the phone. Use our site as your own personal catalog! Note the items that you're interested in and then give us a call. Please have your credit card handy, or if you prefer, we can take your order and hold it for you to send in your personal check.

Ordering By Mail

We're happy to take your personal check or credit card order via US mail. We'll mail or fax you an order form. Please make checks payable to "Mines Bookstore" and mail to 501 East Saint Joseph Street; Rapid City, SD 57701-3995.

Want to fax us an order? We'll send you an order form via fax, you can fill it in, and fax it back to us! We'll need your credit card information.

Shipping Policies

The Rocker Shop is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route. Orders placed after store hours will be processed the next business day. Shipping does not occur on University holidays. Orders placed during these holidays will be processed the next business day.

On average, your order will be received in 7 - 10 working days. During August or December, delivery time may take longer.

Returns

Textbook/Course Material Return Policy (Subject to change. See store for details.)

Full refund for time period indicated on receipt. In most cases, there is a full refund for 3 days or end of drop/add period, whichever comes first. Full refund for dropped classes through the university drop/add period. Proof of drop is required after 3 day period.

NEW TEXTBOOKS REFUND--Book must in in same condition as purchased or rented. All components and/or shrink wrapping must be intact. Passcodes or web keys must be uncompromised. Restocking fee may apply in certain situations. Refund deadline indicated on receipt applies.

USED TEXTBOOKS REFUND--Book must in in same condition as purchased or rented. All components and/or shrink wrapping must be intact. Passcodes or webkeys must be uncompromised. Restocking fee may apply in certain situations. Refund deadline indicated on receipt applies. Inspect your book thoroughly prior to the end of your refund period. If you have a defective text, we will try to replace it with a copy as quickly as possible. If a used copy cannot be provided in exchange for a defective used copy, you may purchase a new text paying only the difference in price. Refund cannot be given for a passcode or web key that has been compromised.

RENTAL TEXTBOOKS--See sticker on your rented textbook or the back of your original receipt for details. Date to return rental is located on the top of your original receipt. Late fees and replacement costs may be assessed if not returned by due date.

E-BOOKS/ELECTRONIC PASS CODES--Refunds cannot be given if a pass code/access code/web key has been compromised.

REDSHELF E-BOOKS--Please visit hardrockershop.redshelf.com/refunds for details regarding refunds and exchanges through Redshelf.

General Merchandise Return Policy

Merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 60 days of purchase with receipt. Merchandise must be in new condition.
